I made the move to Chuze because of the ability to choose from nautilus to free weights and to cardio. I officiate Football year round and need to be physically fit and ready to go at anytime. I was in Indiana last week for the NFL Flag Championships and I am back in the Gym preparing for the next big event. All the employees are very courteous and greet you as you enter and say goodbye as you exit. Some even call you by your 1st name. Makes me feel valuable. The only knock on this gym is that it is wayyy too busy. Like all the time. If only it could be bigger or limit the sign ups. Depending on what you're working out, being rushed to finish your sets by the next group of people standing there just starting at you and waiting for you. BUT, that's the only thing that is wrong with it. If you are okay with that, or can go at the less busy times, this spot is amazing. Staff: Amazing and super friendly/helpful Vibes: Open. Mainly, their customer service is superb! The facilities are always clean and organized. You always see staff cleaning and picking up equipment. Regarding maintenance, they are always on top of everything. You hardly ever see advice, broken, or malfunctioning. If there’s one, they repair it immediately. I definitely recommended.
