"The place itself is great, but their customer service is terrible. Today, I tried to use a massage chair and asked the employee for chair number five. She told me it was occupied, even though I was right in front of it just seconds prior and it was completely empty. I went back to check, and there was still no one there. do not like to leave review I feel they are a waste of my time and as a busy woman working 12 hour shifts I believe I had to write this review so that people would have an idea of what they are getting into. I have been a loyal gym member since 2021. I love the Rancho Cucamonga location but the Fontana location is awful. They are dirty and they close the gym on opening hours without notice. They will put up signs that the gym will be closed however the dates are not consistent with what the sign says. For example they had a ... read more
