The worst experience ever this morning.L when trying to use my red light benefit. Fire your staff immediately. Goggles are a recommendation not a requirement for Hungarian lights. Not even required in Hungary. Your app even states “RECOMMENDED NOT REQUIRED”. Completely ruined by busy day. They called security for using my first amendment right I defended in combat. Terrible customer service. Fire them all. Update: see pics after owner response??? Liar!!!!
I really like how clean, organized, and well-maintained the gym is. The atmosphere is great and the crowd is respectful — everyone comes in, focuses on their workout, and minds their own business. No drama, no uncomfortable vibe. The staff and management are amazing, always friendly and professional. Overall, it just feels like a really good environment to work out in.
Overcrowded seven days a week. Theres a line for just about every machine. Im here on a Sunday at 3pm and most machines are busy.
