Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They treat customers with no respect, and the supervisor is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on how I was treated.
I love everything about the Chuze Fitness in Garden Grove (the classes, equipments, saunas, swimming pool, steam room, recovery room, cardio cinema and great customer service.
Great place to do workouts. Staff are always courteous, helpful and professional with smiles. You receive warm welcome and gretings literally every time you enter and leave the gym. Exercise machines are maintained very well with hardly any out-of-order ones encountered. Clean, organized, upbeat vibe with affordable membership fees plus professional staff is how I would describe this gem in my home town Garden Grove!
