First time going took my Family service wasn't Good is it normal during the day time to turn the lights up and Down? We felt like someone wanted us to leave 🤷so we did.
Might just be a bad night but dang the wait was unbelievable for no business, no employees at the front, we watched guest leave and wait for a while before someone acts shocked to see people at the door before sitting them. The person that sat us went and chatted it up with our server that took forever to even greet us. It’s like no manager on duty because the employees are doing whatever they want🤷
My husband and I came in for lunch with some friends. And our waiter was the absolute worst! We had to ask for everything, napkins, salsa, chips, drink refills, and to go boxes, twice. We finally had to ask another waiter for some of our stuff. It wasn't just our table having issues with this waiter it was all of his table. It wasn't just a bad day for this waiter we had him a pervious time and he was just as bad. Will we return? Probably so, just not with this waiter again, ever.
