This restaurant has been gradually going downhill—especially its takeout service. It is unacceptable that it takes them over 20 minutes to deliver an order when there are no customers inside the restaurant. They provide a phone number to let you specify which parking spot you are waiting in, yet more than 20 minutes go by and no one shows up. They need to fix this immediately.
So much food!! Excellent service and their salsa!?! So yummy.
I eat and order here often. Today, my dasher was waiting at the restaurant. I let her know sometimes they get busy, she might have to remind them. Whoever the kind waiter/waitress was let the dasher know the food had been sitting for 20 minutes and offered to remake it. Once the manager caught wind, the waiter had to come back 10 minutes later again to tell the dasher they couldn’t remake it and a refund would have to be submitted and a new order.
