Love their creamy jalapeño dip and I hate eating stuff like that
My fiancee and I are from New Mexico and Chuys is the closest we've found to New Mexican cuisine. Their enchiladas are amazing, as well as the green chile martinis.

Had lunch on the patio. I've been eating here for years. Had the best service here from Charlie B (not to be confused with Charlie the baretender. That guy blows).
I work here as a hostess. I'd have to say our carne guisada is amazing! Along with any alcoholic beverage your heart desires. We just got in a lot of new drinks, especially margarita's using patron!
Special nachos are great!
Boom boom sauce is amazing on anything.
Good food and service. The shirts that they sell are really cool and funny, and everything is at a reasonable price.
I thought it was pretty average Mexican food. Nothing that special about it. My mother didn't like the margaritas. They were too flat and she didn't feel anything after drinking a few.
