Quick note: Every time I have gone to Chuys, the food has been tasty (especially the steak fajitas) and the sauces are out of this world! Highly recommend the boom-boom sauce!! The aesthetic of the restaurant is very unique and inviting, and always have clean bathrooms. But our experience today is why I am leaving a review because of our absolutely amazing waitress Shana!!! We had an amazing experience at Chuy’s in Bowling Green! Visiting from Michigan. The appetizers were absolutely delicious—fresh chips, great salsa, and everything we ordered hit the spot. Their tortilla soup was a standout: rich, flavorful, and perfect for a cool afternoon. We brought a group of about 20 people in for an early afternoon meal and were seated quickly with no hassle.
