Rude manager & incompetent employees. Last night my family of 4 & our two puppies went to Chuys for dinner. I walked in alone to make sure they allowed dogs on their patio, the worker with the iPad at the door said “yes they just can’t be barking or bothering people”. I said “oh of course I understand, they’re trained dogs so that won’t happen!” He proceeds to sign us in and tell us it would be a 20 minute wait. Perfect.
