Tonight was my first time eating at this establishment and ordered a taco salad. As I got close to the bottom of the shell there was a dead roach. I was very surprised and our table communicated with management. Management was rude and upset that this had even been communicated to them. I was then asked to identify the bug which was obviously a roach. The manager then asked if I thought it was from their lettuce distributor....
