You never get what you order. I ordered spicy tenders and received regular ones. I asked for a refund on an item that I ordered on the app and they say they don't have it, yet they refused to give me a refund. This is the 2nd time I order something and I don't get it. They never answer the phone and just shrug off when I complained to them about the food issues.
Was pleasantly surprised to see that they have added something called spicy rice, which I got and it tasted pretty good a little bit mushy but I would get it out again. Also, I got the fried okra which was good and hot and they have really good okra the chicken I wanted spicy, but they said it was still marinating so they dropped the ball a little bit on that and they were very friendly and helpful in picking out what I wanted to order so I would definitely eat at this restaurant again. I will never go there again. I ordered was charged more and the entire order was wrong!!
Great service and good food
They gave me old chicken and old mashed potatoes. Literally the only edible food in my meal was the biscuit. Also horrible customer service. Will never go back again. Highly disappointed.
