My husband and I was craving some good fried chicken. We sat at the drive thru line for 10 minutes before we decided to pull up to the window. We were told that the drive thru was closed because no one showed up to work.

He said that they remodeled the store and the food is not great The service is pathetic you have to wait and you have to deal with attitudes if you order online when you get there you still have to wait and they talk to you as if it's your fault Greenwood Ms churches really need help It would be nice if they put the old people back in there that was working before the fire at least they cared about their customer and they cook their food to perfection I don't know what they're doing now

Ordered on the app, you can not go through the drive thru to pick up your order you have to go in. The app offers unsweetened tea but they don’t offer unsweetened tea at that location. It was very hot in the establishment the 2 employees were sweating and the cook look like he had been rolling in the parking lot, cloths were filthy. I do not recommend this location nor will I be returning.

Great chicken and always busy. Need to send out coupons on occasions..
