The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant! The staff was inattentive and obviously didn't want to be there. It was only 2 p.m., and they were out of wings, sweet tea, and hot sauce. The cashier took our order wrong, and even after realizing they were out of the aforementioned items, they took no steps to rectify the situation. Once we got home, we found that our chicken was old and overcooked. This is definitely my last time going there whenever I visit my relatives. F
Today is July 6, 2025, 9:12 pm. We stopped at this Churches Chicken to get a meal to go as we was traveling and came through Americus, GA. We were told they was not cooking anymore Chicken for the night when the sign clearly states open late until 11:00 pm on Sundays. We ask them why we're they staying open until 11 pm if they aren't cooking any chicken? The reply was we're not. We're closing.
