Do not ever call this place. Because no one answer's the phone, and most of the employees are rude. But the chicken is usually good after the poor customer service.
Sat in line for ten minutes and no one else in line and worker said "hold on" and then never got back!
I have not eaten Churches in years. Decided to try their chicken strips again. Ordered the 5 piece and biscuit which is reasonably priced. 1st trip I had to wait a bit because they don't give you food that has been sitting there long. I went back today thinking it was a fluke and a different manager did the same thing! and threw in a small coke while I was waiting. Super fresh, tastes waaaay better than the KFC a few doors down. Biscuit tasted like it came straight out the oven. So impressed for fast food.
Unacceptable Drive thru service
The food was delicious and the employee's were very nice.
Poor service! The workers took their time about waiting on us and they were not apologetic. After finally getting our food my sister and I sat down to eat and had to return the chicken because it tasted old and appeared to be old in looks as well. We were given more chicken, however, it tasted and appeared to be from the same batch as the first. The workers proceeded to speak Spanish in our presence. Neither my sister or I speak Spanish.
