I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the consistently poor customer service at this establishment. My most recent visit, unfortunately, followed a pattern of previous bad experiences. On this occasion, I waited for over five minutes after walking in, only to be told, "We will be with you in a minute." The lack of acknowledgement and delay was frustrating. This churchs always seems to let me down. I always keep coming back because it's in my local area. I wish I would learn my lesson by now but I don't they never have anything ready they never have spicy chicken. they made me wait 20 minutes today so that my order can be complete and then after the 30 minute mark they come out telling me they don't have the spicy chicken so they gave me all regular.which even if I wanted to wait longer for the spicy chicken they told me would take 12 hours to marinate cuz they don't have any r... read more
