Extremely disappointed with experience and product! I was not offered the option of a thick underlay during the sales process. Massive thanks to Nick and his team for the amazing job they did with our new hybrid timber flooring, carpets and window shutters. I highly recommend Churchills for your job. Their timing, installation quality and service was 5 Stars!
We bought vinyl flooring for our kitchen/hallway/bathroom from these guys, I can't speak highly enough about how great of job they did, Jason was the installer and wow what a great job he did and we also dealt with Nick who was very helpful , so if you want a professional job done at a great price do not hesitate these people are the real deal.
I cannot thank Bek enough for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to help me find an installer (her regulars were all booked) for my hybrid floors before Xmas. I had a very tight window between getting possession of my property and having to vacant the one I was in. Most people weren't even prepared to try helping me based on my timing. I was initially concerned about using Churchills to supply and install my new Bremworth carpet after reading some of the google reviews, so I raised the issue with them. I went into the store to have a chat with Paul & Nick who said that they had addressed these earlier issues. The bottom line is that their installer (Ryan) did a great job and their price was the most competitive in Newcastle. So I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.
