We are a Norwegian family who traveled to Miami Florida for a Easter Holiday 2023. |We had been looking at Churchill suites and it looked very nice on the pictures at Booking and at Hotels.|We booked the top choice, a Ocean Front suite for 5 people. with a view over the ocean and the pool.|When we arrived at the property on Friday, no one had any record of your booking. We booked through trip advisor plus. It was difficult to see the type of room we’d get. All it says is ocean view but that could mean partial. Anyway we ended up with a room on the north side, not ocean front. ||Check in was ok. We had to ask for wrist bands as we were early and there weren’t any towels for us to use as we couldn’t get into the unit. We also couldn’t fob into the pool area as we weren’t given a fob. When we arrived the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and this took 40mins to resolve. We were also witness to a guy walking along a ledge outside our window seven story’s high - I mean what the hell!! We don’t know what he was up to outside our window or how often he was doing this whilst my wife was getting changed. We reported it to the desk but we are still waiting to hear from the manager….. don’t stay here if you like your privacy
