It went straight to voicemail. That’s one red flag. The second red flag is not receiving a decent phone call and have all everything in a text message. The whole process was terrible and never again.

We refinanced with them recently - it took longer than expected with very slow communication from them. Before we'd even made our first payment, our mortgage was sold to another company and we were barely able to get the information from that before the first payment was due. I would not recommend using Churchill.
