This apartment complex is a pet-friendly hidden gem and absolute gardener’s paradise tucked into a quiet corner of Multnomah Village. I’ve lived here for over six years now and think it’s great overall. There are 22 units in the complex and many tenants have lived here for well over 10 years. If you would like to feel safe in your own home, do NOT move here!! There is a tenant currently putting all of the long-term community member’s safety in jeopardy. This tenant is bringing various homeless people to stay in their hoard-filled apartment. These people have *broken into apartments * in the complex by physically breaking doors. They are also leaving junk-filled/trashed cars with smashed out windows in the lot. The odor from this tenant’s apartment, smoking, and the bugs within are seeping into surrounding units... read more
