Harmony Medical Suites - Chinatown, Boston, MA. May 2026. The floors were dirty. Granddaughter (1 year old) had filthy feet after running around for 10 min. Could not let her play with her toys on the ground. The toilet paper holders were ripped out of the wall in both bathrooms.
