This review is directed at CFB regarding management practices at Park at Estancia in Austin. This review is for a complex this company owns and that is currently being mismanaged. No one will step in. So y’all get your fair review. Churchill Forge owns multiple rental properties - some in Austin. One, in particular, is called Woodchase Apartments. Beware - maintenance brings unknown minors into apartments when tenants are gone. I live in one of the CHF properties in San Antonio (Indian Hollow) and the staff (both office and maintenance) are awesome. Plus, the property is well maintained (they did a complete renovation of the building exteriors and landscaping last year). They're also getting more variety now in the food trucks. They have resident events in the summer, and the Christmas patio decorating contest is a hoot. Two thumbs up!
