This review is for a complex this company owns and that is currently being mismanaged. No one will step in. So y’all get your fair review. Churchill Forge owns multiple rental properties - some in Austin. One, in particular, is called Woodchase Apartments. Beware - maintenance brings unknown minors into apartments when tenants are gone. I live in one of the CHF properties in San Antonio (Indian Hollow) and the staff (both office and maintenance) are awesome. Plus, the property is well maintained (they did a complete renovation of the building exteriors and landscaping last year). They're also getting more variety now in the food trucks. They have resident events in the summer, and the Christmas patio decorating contest is a hoot. Two thumbs up!

UPDATE: This property management company is a bunch of slumlords who care about bottom line. Horrible property in Austin they don't care and it shows. Their turn over is so high we've had four managers in the last four years. Don't expect the office to answer and if they don't they won't help you. Why can't you fix the water issue? Give us money back!
