These apartments are a little older but it's a nice atmosphere for school age kids. Customer service from management Ebony is awesome and very helpful. I met Tim Maintenace guy very friendly. This was a quick and easy process during my time of need, and I appreciate the office team.
The management is not the best and maintenance is not the best! The upkeep of this place is horrible. It needs to be repaired, cleaned, and renovated immediately. They drag their feet about fixing things like months!!!!!!! The rent goes up with no upgrades. The place is starting to look like section 8 housing with the crowd that’s moving in now! Corporate doesn’t answer the phone and the people in office are kind of rude. This is really ridiculous and DHEC needs to look at this place!
Churchill is a great place to live. All of the staff are amazing in communication and getting things done in a fast and timely manner. Everyone in the community is friendly and quiet. The apartments are clean and spacious. Washer and dryer hookups are provide along with a laundry facility. They have a well maintained pool, business center and a small playground for young children. It is very close to Harbison and the interstate. For the price, you will not find a more peaceful apartment complex on this side of Columbia.

Was a great transitional home for my family. Management made it easy to apply and get a apt. The staff was alway friendly and able to help. They have events in the clubhouse and pool and just recently built in a new playground.
