these apartments is not it when something breaks in the apt thats not on US thats on them their maintenance is slow their kicking us out due to problems inside the apartment the stove broken thats not on us when we first got here they gave us a apartment unit months later stuff starts breaking man this is just wrong. that lawsuit gonna hit

I've lived here since 2010, and so far it has been a decent place. I recommend Churchill to others looking for an apartment in Longview.

This is more of a community not just an apartment. The management are friendly and professional and on top of any requests I make. I recommend.

I recently ask for maintenance to check out my dish washer for residual build-up. They only left a follow-up confirmation that there was a "grease" build-up. But I never put greasy dishes in the dish washer. ...Before that , I reported that my ice-maker in my refrigerator was not producing ice, but I never got any feedback or response.
