Been here for 3 years and have never seen as many roaches as I am now even now seeing baby roaches now. Neighbors are nasty and unfortunately they come into your home even if you are as clean as I am. I have notified management and have not heard anything back. The new management here is not the same as when I moved in. Next step is to break my lease and go else where. Kids throw rocks into the hallways and parking areas I worry about my car. Dangerous place to live. Based on water damage from ice storms there is a concern many units now have mold as well. Do not risk your safety and health.
Churchill @ Golden Triangle cares about you and their community. The recent ice storm caused water damage and problems for many. But thanks to two dedicated employees here, namely Kara and Joshuel they proved your comfort was their goal... Kara was on it, and Joshuel actually lugged 5 gallon containers of water up 3 flights of stairs in the dangerously cold weather to assist me. I feel blessed to live here.
