As a self-represented litigant trying to get child support, I had a brief phone call with Christine Churcher through Legal Aid. Her manner was very sharp and she appeared extremely impatient and dismissive of my questions. She phoned me late, and I left the call early because she wasn't helping at all. She was was incredibly discouraging and didn't know anything about Supreme Court procedures (I knew more than she did about how Consent Orders are submitted).
