Church Street lofts is more than an apartment, it is a small neighborhood. We gather around the coffee bar and watch news, movies, sports on the large lobby tv. I love living in a historic building , the character, the concrete block walls keep out any noise. My neighbor has a small dog and I never hear her. Love Church St - great amenities, quick maintenance and friendly office staff. Especially Mary!
Lived here for a year in the smallest studio floor plan. Overall, it's a good place for a student, someone in transition between places, or someone who doesn't require much. The flooring and accents are cute and trendy but of course like any other apartment, it has its quirks. The elevators consistently wouldn't work and due to Helene, 1 of the 2 elevators just didn't work at all. The gym is pretty non existent besides a couple treadmills.
