Lived here for a year in the smallest studio floor plan. Overall, it's a good place for a student, someone in transition between places, or someone who doesn't require much. The flooring and accents are cute and trendy but of course like any other apartment, it has its quirks. The elevators consistently wouldn't work and due to Helene, 1 of the 2 elevators just didn't work at all. The gym is pretty non existent besides a couple treadmills. Check the outside before you book a tour. Didn’t see any photos of these cell towers attached the the building. Idk about you but I’m not living 10 feet away from something like that
My husband and I lived at Church Street Lofts for a year. The ONLY reason we are leaving is because we are having a baby and need a 2 bedroom. This was by far the best apartment I have lived in. Hunter and the rest of the staff were the best and we never had any problems! You also cannot beat the price for location. 100% recommend!!
Absolutely loved living here! The rooftop pool, gorgeous views of Spartanburg, and incredible management make Church Street Lofts a fun and welcoming place to live. Shout out to Julie and Hunter for doing such a great job managing the complex — we already miss it!
