I would not recommend this company. They emptied my filter out on my turf and made a huge mess. Only after I brought it to their attention, they came back and made an attempt to clean it. When they could not get it clean to my satisfaction, they told me I just needed to wait for it to go away over time. They are not proactive with your pool equipment or servicing. If you are looking for a pool company that cares about their customers and will leave your pool looking fabulous Church Pool Services is your company. Your first point of contact is Eileen and she is always so kind and accommodating. She is a ball of sunshine. The service technicians also do an excellent job. I have been a customer for years and highly recommend them.
Two things off the bat: (1) I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, and (2) Eileen is an absolute rockstar. There are certain non-negotiables that I look for in a business and Church Pool Services meets each one. They are knowledgeable, responsive, personable, professional, and honest. I am a first-time pool owner and have been their customer for over a year. You will appreciate the way that they take care of you.
