Technician worked hard, was thorough and knowledgeable and was very pleasant when installing our new furnace. Very satisfied.
I had to have a water heater replaced so I signed up for the warranty also to have the chance and hvac services also. Kristie Palmisano was a great help and was here for nearly 12 hours. I'm impressed with her dedication, experience and expertise. She was quick to give us information and helpful. I'm giving her 5 start rating!
As a professional in the construction industry, I understand that you cannot take payment from customers and not deliver a product. Yet this was exactly my experience with Church. Greg was courteous, efficient, and professional while working on our furnace. He explained everything he did and answered all our questions. Jacob did a great job today while replacing our water heater. He took time to show and explain to us what was going to do. His clean up was meticulous. Another great job by Church’s.
