This property is also maned by Harrison and Lear so If I could give Willow Oaks Townhomes and their management company, Harrison & Lear, zero stars, I would. Can never get in contact with the manager of the property. The office is always closed . If you want a place with communication and excellent customer service do NOT move here.
I'm visiting a family member and this is outside I had to call health department because maintenance isn't answering .
Carolyn made sure everything was ready to their HIGH standards. They take on boarding very seriously when it comes to getting anything they missed within a week of moving in. I couldn't feel any better about our property management and the team they work with. Very happy with everything in our new happy home!
I was told about these apartments I had a very good experience with Carolyn who was very professional she was on it. All about business she knew what was going on with the place, gave me a tour told me about the community & didn't waste any time. I'm in the process of moving in now. I think I'll be happy here.
