This place has gone down since the new owners took over. The property manager is never in the office. I have rotting pumpkins in front of my building I have asked twice to have it cleaned up and I was told they don’t know who put them out. ( building with 4 apartments) I didn’t but they need to be cleaned up. Don’t rent here I give it a 0 rating.
This property is also maned by Harrison and Lear so If I could give Willow Oaks Townhomes and their management company, Harrison & Lear, zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with when applying for housing. In July 2025, I submitted a $50 application fee and a $100 administration fee. Can never get in contact with the manager of the property. The office is always closed . If you want a place with communication and excellent customer service do NOT move here.
I'm visiting a family member and this is outside I had to call health department because maintenance isn't answering .
Carolyn made sure everything was ready to their HIGH standards. They take on boarding very seriously when it comes to getting anything they missed within a week of moving in. I couldn't feel any better about our property management and the team they work with. Very happy with everything in our new happy home!
