I've been trying to call this place for two weeks and no one answers the phone. They use AI for the calls and it doesn't answer my questions. No I'm not leaving a message for someone to call me while I'm working. I can't even get basic questions answered. Not a good look.
Can never get in contact with the manager of the property. The office is always closed . If you want a place with communication and excellent customer service do NOT move here. *******UPDATE: It has been a year and I am now in a much better place however we just started receiving RANDOM peoples mail because this apartment complex kept my address as the forwarding address connected to the apartment information and I am guessing the newest/last person to live there failed to give them their correct forwarding address. This place has gone down since the new owners took over. The property manager is never in the office. I have rotting pumpkins in front of my building I have asked twice to have it cleaned up and I was told they don’t know who put them out. ( building with 4 apartments) I didn’t but they need to be cleaned up. Don’t rent here I give it a 0 rating.
This property is also maned by Harrison and Lear so If I could give Willow Oaks Townhomes and their management company, Harrison & Lear, zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with when applying for housing. In July 2025, I submitted a $50 application fee and a $100 administration fee.
