Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Michelle was amazing and keeping me up to date in what was going on with my car. She was extremely knowledgeable on the parts of the car being replaced, answered all questions, and even made sure I was up to date on the repairs while she was on vacation. There was one small glitch in the repair that I found a week after getting the car back. In my frustration, I posted on Facebook since it was late at night and there was no option to call the store.
