My experience with Superior Auto Body is they are the top notch auto body shop in Grand Junction, CO. I have had numerous auto body repairs done by Superior Auto Body and many were already there when I purchased my two vehicles used. My two vehicles look like they just came off the showroom floor of a dealership, and one has 138,000 miles, the other 96,000. miles.
I can't say they started out bad, everyone in there was nice. I took my car in 25 days ago after being in an accident, the motor & inside was perfect! car was perfect condition just under body was ripped to hell. Engine had only 13k miles bought new 11 months ago. My front tire in the colision blew, my wheel got ruined the front bumper was tore up a little, and under body got some damage. The crappiest experience with any auto body shop ever. Will NOT recommend this place to anyone SORRY!
I went in with a water leak in the back of the car. They checked it by running a hose over the entire car, then told me my front and back windshield were leaking. (I never saw the front leak). I paid $175 to get both windshields resealed. I asked the main guy (owner? manager?) what happens if it didn't work. I explained that I thought it was the sunroof. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Michelle was amazing and keeping me up to date in what was going on with my car. She was extremely knowledgeable on the parts of the car being replaced, answered all questions, and even made sure I was up to date on the repairs while she was on vacation. There was one small glitch in the repair that I found a week after getting the car back. In my frustration, I posted on Facebook since it was late at night and there was no option to call the store. Had an unfortunate accident with a new driver 2 weeks before moving across country. Fortune in Georgetown, KY got me in and out in two days and you can't tell where the damage was. Very friendly staff, kept within estimate, and I couldn't be happier!
The secretary was rude and if you believe in first amendment rights this is not the company for you they ran a commercial for quite sometime that said that they believed that we had a freedom of religion not freedom from religion
