The Dr is so nice but her staff can benefit from some customer service training. Everytime im therr, not just a one time visit. They're short or very flat like they are waiting on the clock and very disorganized. Costco should reconsider having that kind of costumer service in their stores.
I saw Dr. Hannah Fastidio at Tempe Costco. She was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Chung and her staff are great to work with. Teaming Great Eyes PC with Costco Optical is a great partnership for the customers. I have previously used a national chain for eye exams and eyeglass purchases and neither were as good as what the customer gets here. Great Eyes PC has better equipment than the national chainand quite frankly, does superior work. Dr. Chung is very personable and takes the time to explain the results of the eye exam.
