Nice and efficient dentists. Went for check-up and cleaning. The dentist explained a few things to me (gum recession, proper flossing technique) and I was happy with the explanation. They didn't try to push extra services onto me. Overall I felt like my health was their primary concern.
I went to get cleaning as usual with Dr Chung (female) for a stranger to walk in as my dentist politely asked what was going on and who she was she was the new dentist....wow i was never told my dentist left the area to start a practice in Washington State it was an unpleasant surprise. This new dentist was nervous, scared to touch my teeth I went from deep scale and planing to my teeth gums the same as when I walked in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE!!! HAD HAVE THE HARDEST TIME TRYING TO GET MY RECORDS SINCE LAST YEAR... read more
