This doctor was our family doctor in tucson arizona for myself and my 4 kids who are now grown she always displayed a personal interest in her patience’s and would still see her clients if they did not have there copay at times when things got rough she deserves more than 5 stars. my daughter since then moved back to tucson with her own child and we were hoping to have her as a primary physician but seems like she moved away. i am now nearly 50 so this was 25-30 years ago and she still leaves an invaluable impression. He moved without telling his patient of over 20 years! We call him Doc MO. When he left Corondelet, I at least got a notification.

I was seen for a respitory infection and received prescriptions quickly. However, I also had x-rays and recievd very poor assistance - no response from the Dr. Castillo on the portal, the referral location they had call me was not accepting new patitents, and a referral to the location I requested took 4 business days, 6 days after receiving the results of an x-ray. My input was not requested and I never did hear directly from the Dr. Castillo.
I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Bessette, and I couldn't be happier. He is incredibly understanding and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns with genuine care. His respectful demeanor made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I'm truly grateful to have him as my new primary doctor!
His clerk interferes with his patients via phone and patient portal and she blocks any attempt to let him know she is the one deciding what medications are prescribed to patients and what medical procedures he has ordered. He doesn't know his patients are unable to correspond with him because she blocks all communications between the doctor and the patient. There is something wrong when a member of his office staff decides what patient he will see. Recommend another primary care doctor not in Abrazo.
Professional manner, kind, i wish we had more time. I feel very rushed. Difficult moments for scheduling. I was given cardiac cath by different MD. Bothering my relationship with him.
I have had 2 heart surgeries by 36 years old. I came in with dizziness, and unable to be active more than short walks. He immediately stated this isn’t a cardiac even even though my heart rate has been in the 40’s to low 50’s bpm. Sent me away to get a stress test and ekg in a month or so….. for a cardiologist to not take a cardiac issue seriously was unfortunate to see. No blood tests were ordered, didn’t look in my ears or nose which if he believes it’s not a cardiac issue why not see if there’s a possible infection. I ask... read more
I went to see Dr. Murray for a well woman exam. I was in the room changed and waiting and he came in and ask me if I wanted to do the visit then or reschedule and come back another day. I thought this was strange because the reason I was there was for my exam. I went another time after I had a heart attack and I told him it was a heart attack due to stress but my heart valves and tests were good.
