Terrible customer service! After setting up a reservation for our group, Chumley's management failed to communicate with us that they could no longer honor it. When we arrived the manager refused to come out and speak with us. The manager claimed she called and left a message, as the server told us after speaking with the manager. We will not return and will encourage our members to visit other establishments.
