Dr. Chudzik is one of the best! She goes above and beyond to listen and shows compassion. She’s very thorough and attentive
Doc Jean Marie is great but the desk person is not helpful at all - patronizing- and all I asked was for Doctor to call me. Please leave her a message. 2,Days later when I spoke to Diane again she admitted she refused to give Dr my message. I am no longer a patient there because the office never disclosed that they no longer take my insurance never So every visit I paid my $10 co pay that they accepted and I left the office never knowing I owed more and they never told me that. Office staff is awful. You never get to talk to anyone and the Dr doesn’t care. I had 2 family members in her care for diabetes. They never filled insulin in a timely manner and both were hospitalized because of it. She seems kind and caring but does not prioritize patient needs.
