Big Mistake! I made the biggest mistake in choosing this company. The price was on the high side, but I thought since they were in business for so long they must be good right? WRONG. The night after the install the unit stopped working. The service tech that came out didn't know up from down, and had to call in the srv. mgr. He spent 3/4 of the time on the phone with other inexperienced techs. When it was finally fixed I was told this visit would be no charge...I hope so.
