We ate at Chuck's in Danbury last night. The bar and bar staff were great, but the waiter was awful. While taking our order he walked away before getting an order from everyone in our party. After my husband got up to get him the waiter returned and was argumentative. Throughout the meal our group was very patient, but the service was awful throughout. I can't speak for the rest of my friends, but I had stuffed shrimp, which was terrible. We've had good food and service at Chuck's in the past, so this was very disappointing.... read more

The food was amazing! our server was cut about 10 minutes after we sat down we were never told we were being transferred to another served by anyone and he never said a word to us. I've waited tables for 20 years and that's not proper etiquette when I complained about it staff did absolutely nothing to assist me. We travel to Connecticut from Virginia least once a month we will not be coming back.
I haven’t been here in a while and went with a friend. The waitress was very friendly, respected my “no straw please” request, and checked in regularly. The food was very good!
The food and waitress staff were excellent the chef perfect got our meals right to the TI can’t wait to go back
Absolutely Awesome NY Strip! Great service too!
