They did a main line clean out and 6 days after, it was clogged again and this time flooded an entire apartment. I called to get the story of why this happened and was told 3 different versions, none of them clear all pointing the finger back at us. When I asked them to clarify, I then proceeded to get screamed at by Brandy Poling (office manager) via phone. She told me multiple times they have 40 years of experience and have never done shorty work, however this obviously isn’t the case given the multiple other low reviews. ... read more
Dishonest and rude. Landlords have him in their pockets, or at least mine does which is the only business he gets I'm sure. He's to rude and angry to be in this business or any. He is not efficient, the sewer is still backing up. Landlord used him to fix our bathtub when the shower stopped working and he left the hot water knob stripped. Not professional, not a good plumber, and tbh not a friendly person in general...
