The supervisor treated us very rudely. He forced us to order drinks even though we often go to this restaurant. He insisted that everyone order drinks, and we were forced to leave the restaurant.
Used to be great, but ever since the renovations and new management it’s gone down hill. Food is still decent and decently priced but the service has been subpar at best. Long waits to be acknowledged when sat down. Also have had on multiple occasions have to ask for things that were originally ordered but never came with the food/drinks. Also the soap dispenser was broken and their idea for a “replacement” was a watered down refill bottle of handsoap, no pump just grab the bottle and tip it over to get your watered down han... read more
We had a very disappointing experience today. We are regular customers at this restaurant, but today the waiter told us that we must order a drink with each appetizer. We had already ordered 5 appetizers, a steak, and two large 30 oz beers, yet the waiter insisted we order another drink. Instead of allowing flexibility (for example, 4 drinks of 15 oz each), we were forced into something unreasonable. On top of that, the waiter’s attitude was very rude and unprofessional.
