Found a long black hair wrapped under in my loaded fries and the ignorant manager in today (Nov.3/2025 at 1:30pm) actually had the nerve to bring the food back out and say “there wasn’t hair in this when I brought it out” really that’s how you address a customer in your restaurant! Pathetic! We will never return and the poor waitress lovely lady couldn’t believe it herself. That’s my rant review about my experience .
From the states visiting. Never been but saw a few on the way here and figured it’s probably a decent chain restaurant. The burgers tasted like bland frozen hamburger patties. Probably the worst burger I’ve had in a long time (including fast food). Fries were just fries. I don’t think this chain would make it in the states. Very bland and underwhelming. The waitress was nice
