We ate here last week and our service was miserable the lady serving us seemed really angry. She took our food and water order s then took about 10 minutes to bring our waters. She took our food orders then about 15 minutes later asked us if we were ready for food. We had no menus on our table and some people in the group already had food I honestly don’t know how she couldn’t put two and two together. I’ve visited this Chuck’s location a few times, as well as other locations within the franchise, and have typically had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this recent visit was very disappointing. We attended as a group of seven (four men and three women) to celebrate an anniversary. Everything started off well, and we each ordered steaks cooked to varying temperatures (medium rare through well done). Hope is the best employee you could ever ask for! Very sweet and helpful. On top of everything! Knowledgeable and personable! I hope you’re able to retain more servers like, Hope! Also the food was great, fast and tasty!!
