It is a smaller Chuck's, it was busy. The food was ok, nothing special. The service was poor, the table we were put at was freezing cold, it was warmer outside than sitting there. The vent was turned off, then someone else turned it back on. It wasn't enjoyable at all. I would not recommend this Chuck's location in Wasaga Beach.
Very poor service I wanted fries and gravy TO GO .for my granddaughter but because a 5 year old child had an open dring in thier restaurant we weren't allowed to wait in thier for 5 mins to cook them...will never return and give them my money was my first and last time ever at chucks restaurant...and I thought ignorance like that from bussiness owners happened only in Toronto not MUSKOKA...she was a 5 year old child people you lost a potential customer because ya whine because a child has a dying lol
