Very poor service I wanted fries and gravy TO GO .for my granddaughter but because a 5 year old child had an open dring in thier restaurant we weren't allowed to wait in thier for 5 mins to cook them...will never return and give them my money was my first and last time ever at chucks restaurant...and I thought ignorance like that from bussiness owners happened only in Toronto not MUSKOKA...she was a 5 year old child people you lost a potential customer because ya whine because a child has a dying lol

Had a Philly Cheese Steak that was floating in BBQ sauce, I've had this sandwhich at 3 other Chucks locations & the BBQ sauce was always served on the side. I've always enjoyed it so much that I recomended it to my neice that was with me....she said it tasted more like oversauced pulled pork. I told the waitress and she said this is how they always make it, and did I need more sauce. (at this point I bit my tongue) Also the onion rings were way overcooked and too crunchie. I was seated and they were busy. I told the young man that seated me I was I no hurry I saw they were busy. I did not expect three other tables to come in and get there orders taken while I was still waiting for them to take my drink order.
