I'd heard about it but never been there, so I tried it while on a business trip to Mequon. Great friendly atmosphere & attentive waitress (without hovering too much). Enjoyed the home style cooking ... great chicken ... & generous portions.
The atmosphere and staff is so inviting and welcoming. I grew up looking forward to going here with my great Aunt Eunice and Uncle John Paulin over the years. They were reoccurring customers. My family and I always enjoyed the Pan deep dish pizza with Italian sausage and onion strings. Now I drive from Hartland to take my kids to Chuck's and they too look forward to it as I did/do. This restaurant will always have a special place in our hearts.
We have been going to Chuck's for years . . . especially for breakfast as they have the best Hoppel Poppel in town and the Cinnamon French Toast is to die for. Ted and his staff are wonderful . . . we LOVE sisters Lisa and Jodi as they too are animal lovers like us.
My wife and I always enjoy going there! Good food and nice people! �
Ted the owner Ricky the cook and the whole staff are great ! Always make you feel welcome and the food is top notch. I highly recommend Chucks place for breakfast lunch and dinner.
