Had my flatbed rewired and added a trailer plug that did not work spoke with the owner about the issue and he would not fix it unless I came during business hours 8 to 4 Monday thru Friday those are the hours I work I also live over an hour away and could not drop it off because it’s my daily driver and refused to stay late or come in on Saturday to have the issue fixed after I spent good money to have my truck fixed and it is not so I will take my money and truck elsewhere and have the issue resolved do not recommend at all

Picked up my 72”x10’ dump trailer yesterday. The transaction was pleasant & smooth. An awesome group of people to work with. They truly believe in customer satisfaction. I highly recommend these fine people. By the way, the trailer is awesome. I’ve already had the pleasure of using it just this afternoon. Makes my chores so much easier.

Very effecient, and knowledgful of the 6x10, Sure Trac dump trailer I purchased......he gave me tips in how to store for the winter, which points needed oiled, and which ones to grease. 5 stars from me and my crew to Chucks Custom Truck and Trailer.👍👊
