The battery died when my wife was at a Valvoline oil change. It couldn't be jumped so a new battery was installed. The employee told her there was a lot of corrosion and they cleaned the terminal. Two weeks later the car wouldn't start. I checked the battery and the terminal cable was loose and more corrosion. Tried to tighten and pushed it down and it started. Two days later it didn't start, used a wrench to hammer terminal down and it started. Went to Chuck and hewas able to replace the terminal and it was tight and clean.... read more
Chuck has been our family mechanic for over 15 years. Always the best deal, with quality work. He is one guy, and only works during the week, so be respectful of his time if you call on the weekend and leave a message, he will get back to you.
Chuck is a straight forward, good mechanic who is always able to diagnose and fix a variety of problems. We have gone to him for ten years now and he has always done the best work! I’m thankful that there are still guys like him that run a small business that provides what it promises and isn’t looking to rip you off.
I’ve been taking my cars to Chuck’s Automotive for years now, and I highly recommend him. He’s a mechanic I trust.
