Very concerning that you order 2 items with the delivery fee set for these 2 items and only receive 1 of those item but get charged the full amount on the delivery fee is unacceptable! Not even offered a partial credit on the delivery fee for the 1 item not received. Not good customer service especially since the 2 items that were ordered go together one without the other won't work. Don't recommend if you need something transported from another faculity.
Apparently they take your stuff and try to rip people off on eBay. I literally explained that I'm in a tight situation and literally have ONE piece to replace on my 14 S4 to make my recently acquired dream car perfect. I might as well go to the freaking dealership from the extorted pricing I got from Liz, sounds like shes trying to get commission or something at that rate!!
