Fast , knowledgeable, professional, extremely efficient and personable We had a good time
Car died at 10 pm. Chuck’s was the closest shop I could get towed to, 45 minutes from home. Left a message, and Chuck called first thing in the morning to let me know he would look at it. Called back in half an hour with a very fair estimate and promised to be done by end of day. He ended up finishing just a few hours late and charges exactly the amount he quoted. I went here for the first time at the end of last year to get my brakes fixed. Now, I ALWAYS go here to get my car fixed. They have very reasonable pricing, and they also try to explain to/show you what's wrong, which builds trust and is also informational. I have also been shown how to recharge my AC so I can do it myself now.
We love Chucks! they have worked on many of our vehicles and always do a fantastic job. Quick, done right and very reasonable pricing. Chucks is the way to go!
