Towing service was ok however people in the office lacking common sense. Bureaucracy took over the place. Car was full of snow and insurance couldn’t get to the car for appraisal Very frustrating
Just used Chucks Towing to pick up my White GMC Canyon...I cant believe I only waited 14 minutes for your company to come rescue myself and my vehicle..Thank you so much Chucks Towing. The driver John was so nice and very professional.. Thank you again

They destroyed my car and the owner handled the situation in the most irrational and grimy way. Just take the advice from the people he doesn't pay to give him good reviews and don't let it happen to you unless you want a totaled vehicle!
I had to have my truck towed from dealer to transmission shop out in Granville..The driver who's name was Josh was GREAT!! He was very nice, and helped with more than just my tow..we discovered that someone had hit / damaged my truck while it was at the dealer, and he went out of his way to help me get pics and put a smile back on my face..Thank you for that!! I would definitely recommend Chucks Towing to all my friends..very friendly and professional ;) esp if you get Josh to help you :) THANK YOU!!
After I was told the truck would come to tow my disabled car within the hour.-no show. Then told 20 minutes more-no show, Then 20 min more=no show. Finally after a 2 hour wait the truck came. The driver was very nice but I waited 2 boring hours. Sorry but chuck's won't get my business again.
