Do not use Chuck's Towing if Geico road side assistance sends you to them. REquest another company. They kept us waiting for hours. Every time we called, they said 40 more minutes. After 3 hours of waiting without any phone call from them letting us know they would be late, we canceled them, requested another tow company and they were there in a half hour. Do not use Chuck's.

So i had a flat tire this morning. i am 7 months pregnant with a 18 month old as well. called at around 830 am. and no one showed up till i called now for an update as they say should be here any moment. its now 12:45 pm. mind you its freezing outside today too!! smfh!
They are a RIP off. They charged my card for a service that I didn't receive and then tried to charge me again to get it right. Would not help me come to a resolution just left me and my children stranded with a flat tire...unless of course I had another $75.00👎👎
I had such a wonderful experience in a not so desirable situation. The kindness chuck showed was refreshing and I can’t thank him enough for the help. He has a good, humble heart. �
