My wife and I are totally satisfied with the work accomplished by Chuck. Not only was he on time and courteous but the man knows what he is talking about. Got right to the problem and fixed our washer. I waited several months in writing this review to see if we had further issues and we have had zero. The technician diagnosed my fridge as needing to new electrical boards. Once I paid for them and they were installed it didn't work. The technician came back to remove the boards and I was charged for him to remove the parts that never fix my refrigerator. When I question them they blatantly lied and said the technician recommended that I never replace the electrical boards.
