RecommendedAndrew was prompt and professional. He was able to diagnose our dryer problem and repair it quickly. This is the second time we’ve used their service and both Andrew and Terry were very efficient. Price was very reasonable for service up the mountain to Cloudcroft. We’ll call them again.

Chuck has preformed several repairs for my hubby and me and always did a good job.
They were super friendly and worked within my warranty. They opted to replace parts instead of taking a "wait and see" approach. Came in an extremely timely manner. Great service!!!
First off he was an hour late and when he showed up he immediately said he had no idea how to help us. He said the laundry rooms on base are too small and suggested we buy a new washer and dryer. When I told him that wasn’t an option and I needed a dryer he didn’t really want to do anything. He didn’t even offer to clean the dryer. When I told him that I needed the dryer and I needed him to come up with an option he was like well you could just pull the dryer out every time you need it. Wow! This is not an accurate account of what happened. Customer was advised that the dryer doesn't fit in the spaced provided.
Had an issue with my dryer not performing well. An appointment was scheduled and technician arrived at the time scheduled. Very professional and efficient. Problem was diagnosed and taken care of. Chuck and Leslie Butcher are honest, hard working, knowledgeable people. I have no hesitation with recommending this business. I was very happy that they cover the Las Cruces area as well.
A tech shows up today, an hour late and not knowing what he was doing. Spent the majority of the time on the phone with someone else walking him through what to do. This has been ongoing since mid December and now we are left with a stove that originally had issues with the heating element in the oven and now doesn't work at all. One tech comes out to look at it and says a part needs to be ordered. 2 weeks later the part arrives but isn't a fix. They want another 400 plus for the next fix. I am sorry that you had a bad experience. We discussed the repair of the range with your landlord and because the repairs were going to be so costly, your Landlord decided not to continue with the repair and to not charge him for the parts that were installed, we had to remove the parts.
