Overcharging for service was bad enough. I brought in my sick puppy and all they did was an xray to check for blockage and send me home with alka selzter and anti vomit.. wanted to charge over $350! They didn't even do blood work!!! I went to another vet the next day.(yesterday) They immediately did blood work on him and he tested positive for PARVO! So Chuckanut had a very sick puppy, undiagnosed and now spreading Parvo all over the clinic due to them not checking.. Avoid this clinic!!
Thank you so much for taking such good care of Huck while I've had to be gone. I have never kenneled any of my dogs before and it wasn't easy to drive away. He was so relaxed when I came back and so obviously comfortable being with you, it made me feel like I had made a good decision to leave him with you. And no matter how many times I called ( I know it was a lot) you never let on that I was sort of a pain in the neck! It is that little bit extra that is more than just doing a good job that makes all the difference to me.

Although Gus does not appreciate the care Chuckanut give I do. They are sensitive to his apprehension in going to the Vet's they do thing on his terms.
