So very angry and upset over the professionalism at Chuckanut vet you should all be ashamed of yourself for the way you acted and treated me as a client. Furthermore it wasn’t my reaction that caused the issue it was you making a decision on your own how to treat and handle my dog I think I should’ve had the choice or at least a little respect to acknowledge it before you totally took that option away. I heard your excuses yesterday but it only takes one second to make a phone call that wouldn’t of made or break my dog. In h... read more

overall not a good experience and on the higher side for procedure cost. front desk really dropped the ball after a poorly done mass removal surgery got infected. after many attempts at calling and emailing and being ignored by the front desk I went in and was told I never tried to contact them so after I showed them all my records and emails I quickly got shoved into a room to wait for vet after speaking to him they covered all cost except materials to fix their mistake. will absolutely NEVER trust them again with my fur ba... read more

CVVC has been our veterinary choice for several years now, and I love them more every time we go. Today, in their parking lot a blubbering mess in my mask, (if you haven’t sobbed wearing your mask yet 10 out of 10 do not recommend) their staff continues to show support and love and are why we go back. Much love.

Business response:

Thank you so much for the kind words Carianna! We are so happy to be able to care for your furry friends!!

We had used them for 16yrs for our Jack Russell but when he was dying and I called 3 times begging to get him in to be put down they didnt have time to get him in as he didnt have an appt. Even telling all his symptoms they just said I would need to take him to Benfield emergency. So in his last hours he couldn't go to a familiar place, as they were to busy. Once again we had been going for 16yrs. The people at Benfield were very kind and compassionate also let me come in to be there for the end. so not only did they care mo... read more

Our short experience with this Vet clinic has been great! My dogs veterinarian recommended that we go here for X-rays since our vet at home doesn’t do them. From the time that I scheduled his appointment, to the reading of his X-ray results, their service has been phenomenal! Every single person who helped us that works here truly cares! Thank you all for your outstanding service- it is truly appreciated!

We cannot thank you enough for all you’ve done for our kitty, Amber. She’s a feral cat who was adopted by Christianson’s Nursery last year and in late March she had a significant fracture of both bones in her lower arm. I am an employee at the nursery and have been fostering her for the past 4 weeks. Things were not looking good a week ago because she had developed a bacterial skin infection under her splint and it was looking like she would need to have the arm amputated. Thanks to Dr. Hausle, as a last ditch effort, the sk... read more

Hands down would not use any other vet clinic, and I’ve frequented A LOT of vets in three different counties... Chuckanut Valley Veterinary Clinic is the best. From identifying & treating autoimmune conditions to bathing & grooming, from weight management & vaccination upkeep to euthanasia, they have been there for us through everything with grace and dignity that leaves me in awe. Their vets (fourteen on staff I think??) are both personable and competent, as are all the techs. The reception staff are intelligent and friendl... read more
